Canteen

A college canteen is a place where students, faculty, and staff can eat, relax, and socialize. Canteens are often a popular part of campus life, and can serve as a place for students to exchange ideas and build interpersonal skills. The college canteen seems to be a vibrant hub within the campus, not just serving as a place to eat but also fostering social interaction and intellectual.

Our college canteen is located inside the College. It provides meals by assuring food safety and quality.

The canteen is well-equipped to serve the needs of the students, staff and the guests. The college canteen is run by the management on the primary purpose of providing the food which is hygienic, healthy, appetizing, tasty and affordable.

The college canteen strictly follows the guidelines laid down vide UGC circular regarding ban on junk food. The canteen is utilized by the students and staff on a regular basis. The canteen provides the space to relax and get refreshed. The canteen has sufficient sitting arrangement and water purification system. The canteen gets enough ventilation and natural light.

Every food item is made in refined oil and a special care of hygiene is taken care by the entire staff of canteen which is confirmed by college committee.

The staff of the canteen is committed to keep it clean all the time. A special care is taken to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and washing area. The canteen also serves mini meals and as per demand, a lunch can also be arranged during the examinations and the events organized by the college. The canteen also serves beverages like tea, coffee and lassi.
